Retirement Pension
The Retirement Pension, included in all Social Security schemes, seeks to replace work income with a one-time, non-prescriptible life pension when the worker ceases his or her work activity, totally or partially, due to age.
The beneficiaries of the Retirement Pension are people included in any Social Security scheme, affiliated, who meet the requirements of age, minimum contribution period and cause of the benefit.
The cause of the benefit is, in the case of registered workers, the day of cessation of activity and, in the case of non-registered workers, the day of submission of the application.
